Your idea is just a lost cause. Try to gain supporters anywhere else (Since you stated this isn’t related to Unturned), they’ll just shrug you off or laugh at you.

How does this mean more ground? If the TOS Squad members are already in the servers they’re gonna be watching over, which means that the entire point of making such a group isn’t needed since players could do this all individually.
If they’re not in the servers they’re gonna monitor, it turns into backseat moderation and brigading, which however pure your intent is, is never a good idea.

I’ve already withdrawn- leave it for dead and don’t let me have to focus my attention towards every reprisal to something you’ve already debunked a good amount of.
