Need a "Realistic(features) Difficulties" NOW!

Hello guys.

I’m back since I had some truble IRL, anyway.

In 3.0, there’s the 3 difficulties(dif for short):
Easy / Normal / Hard.

But I have to say: The Easy dif shouldn’t be a main dif in 4.0. In 3.0, the easy dif is the main dif of the community servers.

So, let’s tweak/adjust dif’s settings and game’s system.

First topic: Adjust the game’s system
This topic will be connected to the second topic, of course.

First: Remove crosshair
This will make people Aim their gun forcibly for better accuracy at any range.

And, if there’s the Third person in the future, this will dramatically decrease the 3rd person’s efficiency.

Note: Do you remember that the Maplestrike with attachment is super-overpowered? - Who needs ADS?

Second: Jumping heights should be lower. Or add a vaulting.
In 3.0, you can jump upon to the fence with parkour skill! WHAT A BULLSsss…

So I think jumping heights should be limited to the 30~50cm on the normal ground.
Or adding a vaulting is a nice idea.

Third: Healing is should be slower
3.0? MEDKIT? 5 seconds to CHANGE your ORGANS!

I think healing with items should be slower, very slower than the 3.0. Maybe 5 minutes to heal my body.

Fourth: Remove HUD
I think Health/food/thirst/Whatever HUD should be removed from the game.

Well, or a text will replace the graph, such as:
I feel sick / hurt
I’m bleeding
My foot feels so bad
I feel exhausted
I feel hungry
Aw, my wrist…
Miscellaneous:
Remove group nickname HUD
Friendly Fire(FF for short) should be on always(3.0: only for explosives)
Suppression effects
Etc.

Second topic: Difficulties
I want these difs:

Starting(Easy):
Faster Healing
Crosshair on
Group on
FF on(killable)
Suppression off.

Survival(Normal):
Slower healing than the Starting dif
Crosshair off
Group off
FF on
Suppression on.

Apocalypse(Hard):
Slowest healing
Faster bleeding
Basically slow movement
Other is the same as survival

War (Hardcore or Simulation)
NO ZOMBIES
Headshot-One-Shot-Kill with any gun
Slowest healing
Fastest bleeding
Running is not as fast as the Starting dif
Other is the same as Apocalypse dif.

So, Do you think my suggestions are good?

mhm, not really feeling most of these. I’m all for realism but some of these might detract from a more casual gameplay and are more akin to something of Arma or a hyper-realistic Zombie Apoc sim game. HUDs are good for most games and means I don’t need to listen in for queues or watch some text pop up whenever there’s an issue. Frankly, I don’t give a damn how my character’s wrist or feet are doing. That’s Arma / Tarkov territory and I’m unsure if Unturned should venture into that level of realism.

If you’re saying that you can jump over a chain link fence or head-height wooden fence without using your hands to climb over, you must be some parkour enthusiast. Either that or you have 3 meter legs.

This is the only thing I agree with.

Removing hud elements doesn’t make the game any better and just confuses people. Especially if you don’t have a button to check things at any time. Sure you can say, oh you need to eat when you get a prompt that you should, but in real life I can monitor about how often I need to eat (I.E. I’m gonna be hungry in an hour) which is basically what a hunger bar does. Same with the others.

When it comes to Jumping height I think 3.0s fence jumping is a simple way of assuming you could climb over it. Fine with this as long as you could still get over fences somehow

Healing can be slower for 4.0 but that’s basically just balance, so we will need to play 4.0 to decide what feels right.

I don’t think a ‘Realism’ mode is necessary. Might as well let someone else make a modified server that does that

Oh well, Then I think Hunger and thirst bar should be remained.

They technically don’t have names, other than the coding variable which isn’t really an official name by any means.

I think it’s more accurate to call them hydration and nutrition bars, since the more you have, the better off you are. Having more thirst is the opposite - it’s bad.

Yeah sure, but it’s been talked about a lot.

Wouldn’t be practical, I prefer seeing that my health is low.

I’d prefer seeing individual server settings, not a separate game difficulty.

first thing is thats trippy two quotes inside each other and second is why do you say nope? there will be lasers and sights that will actually be helpful because they will be higher quality
