So I think that handcuff system need to have some tweaks like when handcuffed you can’t suicide or open your inventory also other peeps can access your inventory like an storage

They still should be able to access their inventory and look at it, just not take or move anything around in it. They should also still be able to use their menu and just not be able to suicide.
Imagine if you could tackle people down and handcuff them
