It’s mostly that it’s tedious to follow through +30 unrelated ideas/topic because otherwise people would nitpick ideas while ignoring generic/vague/low effort suggestions unless one would go with the effort of going ‘No, no, yes, no, yes’ with each idea. Also the entire discussion will be extremely messy if people are talking about different topics which could be very overwhelming
